Heard Mr. J. Hatimuria, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr. P. K. Borah, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor, by placing a copy of the communication dated 03.06.2026, issued by the Joint Secretary to the Government of Assam, Department of School Education, submits that the order of this Court dated 19.02.2024, passed in WP(C) No. 6187/2023, has been duly complied with.
Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
