ORDER
Date : 05.08.2026 (M. Zothankhuma, J) Mr. N. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he would like to withdraw the application. Mr. D.K. Dey, learned counsel for the respondent-wife submits that the matter pertains to payment of interim maintenance of Rs.4,000/- per month to the respondent-wife, to be given by the applicant, who is a distributor of cigarettes. He submits that he has got no objection to the prayer made by the applicant’s counsel. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
