Date : 05.08.2026 Mr. K. Kashyab, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has received instruction from the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Mr. A. Bhattacharjee, learned Standing Counsel, Revenue Department for the respondent no. 1; and Mr. N. Das, learned Junior Government Advocate for the respondent nos. 2 & 3 are present.
