ORDER
Date : 05.08.2026 Mr. S.I. Akand, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the direction in the Order dated 13.02.2026 passed in W.P.[C.] no. 753/2026, alleging non-compliance of which the present contempt petition was filed, has since been complied with. He has, thus, submitted that the contempt petition can be closed. In view of the above submission made by Mr. Akand, learned counsel for the petitioner, Page No.# 2/2 the contempt petition stands closed.
