This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicants seeking condonation of delay of 80 days in preferring the connected appeal against the judgment and order dated 01.04.2026, passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.539/2025 and other connected writ petitions. We have heard Ms. B Chowdhury, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. M Borah, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. M Bhttacharjee, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
