This is an application seeking impleadment of the Opposite Party Nos.6 and 7 as parties to the accompanying writ petition.
2. Taking into account the stand taken by the Water Resources Department, Government of Assam, this Court is of the opinion that the Opposite Party Nos.6 and 7 are necessary parties to the accompanying writ petition.
3. Accordingly, the Opposite Party Nos.6 and 7 are impleaded as Respondent Nos.6 and 7 in the accompanying writ petition.
4. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court within seven days. Upon filing of the same, the Registry shall, on the basis of the present order as well as the Memo of Parties, make the necessary corrections in the cause title of the accompanying writ petition and update the same in the CIS.
5. Accordingly, the interlocutory application stands disposed of.
