ORDER
Date : 29.07.2026
The record reveals that this Court vide an order dated 20.06.2016 did not stay the Demand Notice dated 24.05.2016 which has been assailed in the instant proceedings.
2. Further to that, it is also seen from a perusal of the Demand Notice dated 24.05.2016 that the petitioner was informed that if the loan was not settled within 15 days, legal action would be initiated.
3. Taking into account that the respondents herein were only contemplating legal action, this Court does not find this to be a fit case for entertaining the instant writ petition, more particularly when this Court, while issuing notice on 20.06.2016, did not stay the Demand Notice dated 24.05.2016.
4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed.
