O R D E R
27.07.2026 This is an application for substitution of the Respondent No.6 who expired on 04.10.2025, leaving behind his legal representatives who have been arrayed as Opposite Party Nos.6(a); 6(b) and 6(c) to the instant application.
2. Taking into account that the present proceedings can be continued against the legal representatives of the Respondent No.6, this court substitutes the Respondent No.6 by the Opposite Party Nos.6(a); 6(b) and 6(c) who are arrayed as Respondent Nos.6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 to the accompanying writ petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner is directed to file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court within seven days and the Registry on the basis thereof shall make necessary correction in the cause title and update the same in the CIS.
4. I.A. stands disposed of.
