Heard Mr. M. A. Mondal, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam and Page No.# 2/2 Mr. A. Phukan, learned Amicus for the informant/respondent No. 2. After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to withdraw this present bail application with a liberty to approach the learned Trial Court seeking bail as well as to this Court at an appropriate stage, if necessary arises. Prayer stands allowed. Accordingly, this bail application stands closed with a liberty as prayed for. Send back the TCR, if any.
