ORDER
Date : 25-06-2026 (M. Zothankhuma, J) Heard Mr. D.K. Medhi, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that there is a delay of 131 days in filing the appeal against conviction of the applicant under Section 302 IPC. Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned Sr. Counsel and Addl. P.P submits that she has got no objection to the delay being condoned. Accordingly, the delay of 131 days is condoned. Registry to register the connected appeal and list the same. I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
