ORDER

Date : 25/06/2026 (Michael Zothankhuma, J) Heard Ms. B. Choudhury, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. M. Borah, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant, who submits that the date of listing the Writ Appeal had been fixed by this Court on 16/09/2026, vide order dated 18/06/2026. She prays that the date for listing of the Writ Appeal may be preponed to an earlier date, inasmuch as, the impugned para 139(xii) of the common judgement and order dated 01/04/2026, which has been put to challenge in the Writ Appeal, was likely to prejudice the rights of the applicant/appellant when the fresh de-novo departmental proceedings are likely to be initiated against the writ appellant. Mr. N. Kohli, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. D. Nath, learned Senior Government Advocate, Assam, appearing for all the respondents submits that he has got no objection to the application being allowed, except that the matter may be listed on 31/07/2026. In view of the consent of the parties, list the matter on 31/07/2026. IA is accordingly disposed of.
