1. Heard Mr.S.K.Medhi, learned CGC, for the applicants/petitioners and Ms. P. Bhattacharya, learned Additional Advocate General, Mizoram, for the opposite parties/respondents.
2. This is an Interlocutory application filed by the petitioners/applicants seeking impleadment of the State of Mizoram represented by the Chief Secretary to the Government of Mizoram, Mizoram Secretariat, New Capital Complex (MINECO), Khatla, Aizawl, Mizoram-796001 as the respondent No.4 in the connected WP(C) No. 4429/2025.
3. On perusal of the pleadings as well as the materials available on record, we are of the opinion that aforenoted entity, is required to be impleaded as the respondent in the connected writ petition for its proper adjudication.
4. The applicants shall furnish a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today and thereafter, Registry shall do the needful.
5. Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
