Heard Mr. H. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr. S. M. T. Chistie, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor Nos. 1 & 3, submits that in compliance with the order dated 21.08.2025, passed in WP(C) No. 2678/2025, the pensionary benefits due to the petitioner have already been released.
In view of above, the direction contained in the order dated 21.08.2025 is duly complied with.
