These cases have come up at the instance of the respondents for modification in the names of the Advocates, who represented the State respondents, in the judgment dated 16.06.2026 passed in this set of PILs. It appears that inadvertently the name of Ms. Enatoli Sema has been written as Ms. A. Sema. Her designation also appears to have been wrongly stated. She is not the Additional Advocate General, Nagaland, but an Advocate assisting the Additional Advocate General, Nagaland in these cases. Let the name of “Ms. A. Sema, Additional Advocate General, Nagaland” be read as “Ms. Enatoli Sema, Advocate” in the array of the lawyers of the afore-noted judgment. There is no mistake in the name of the other Advocates. However, one Ms. N. Nambiar, Advocate, desires to have her full name in the array of the lawyers. Let her name also be entered as “Ms. Nitya Nambiar” in the array of the lawyers of the afore-noted judgment. With these modifications, the judgment shall be uploaded afresh.
