ORDER
15.06.2026 (Michael Zothankhuma, J) Heard Mr. N. Baruah, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that the applicant/appellant has not impleaded the mother of the victim/informant as respondent No. 2. He prays that the informant may be impleaded as respondent No. 2 in the appeal. Mr. R.R. Kaushik, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that he has got no objection to the same. Accordingly, the informant/mother of the victim i.e., Smti. Junaki Sonowal, W/o Sri Harka Bahadur Jogi R/o vill-Ambikapur Bazar, P.O – Natun Balijan, P.S.- Chengchup Chariali, District- Tinsukia, Assam is impleaded as respondent No. 2.
The applicant to submit corrected copy of the cause title in the appeal to the Registry of this Court within two (2) days. I.A is accordingly disposed of.
