2. This is an application for condoning the delay of 25 days in filing the appeal against conviction of the applicant under Section 6 of the POCSO Act.
3. Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned Sr. Counsel and Addl. P.P. submits that she does not object to the delay being condoned.
4. Accordingly, the delay of 25 days is condoned.
