1. None appears for the petitioner on call. However, Mr. K. Gogoi, learned counsel for the respondents is present.
2. Mr. Gogoi, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order dated 25.10.2019 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 4000/2017 has been complied with by passing a speaking order dated 18.08.2023 by the Director of Higher Education, Assam.
3. Perused the same.
4. In the opinion of this Court the order dated 25.10.2019 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 4000/2017, stands complied with.
5. A copy of the speaking order dated 18.08.2023 issued by the Director of Higher Education, Assam, is kept on record.
6. It is needless to say that, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the conclusions made in the speaking order dated 18.08.2023 issued by the Director of Higher Education, Assam, the petitioner may pursue legal remedy as available under law.
