2. It is submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, a new Registrar has been appointed and has assumed charge as Academic Registrar and hence, the newly incumbent Registrar needs to be made as a party respondent in the instant writ petition.3.
3. Accordingly, by filing this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for impleading the present opposite party No. 1 as the respondent No. 6 in the instant writ petition.
4. The prayer is allowed.
5. Accordingly, the name of present opposite party No. 1 be impleaded as respondent No. 6 in the instant writ petition.
6. With the above direction, the I.A. stands disposed of.
