1. None appeared for the Applicant.
2. Perusal of record reveals that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 08/12/2023, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant. Today also, none appeared.
3. Notwithstanding the above, during the course of hearing, Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that the applicant has filed this OA praying for directing the Respondents to quash the discharge order dated 08/9/2023, Annexure A/1, by which the applicant has been discharged from service wef 05/2/2024 as also direct them to give suitable sheltered appointment to the Applicant. Whereas, the relief prayed for by the Applicant could not be extended to the applicant as he was discharged from service as per the extent policy/rules due to non availability of sheltered appointment commensurate to his disability in the Unit.
4. In view of the foregoing and since none appeared on behalf of the Applicant for the last two consecutive occasions, the OA is dismissed for want of prosecution.
5. File be consigned to record.
