Heard Ms. M. Borah, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. P. Borah, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties No. 3 & 4.
2. By way of filing this interlocutory application; the applicant, in terms of this Court’s order dated 29.04.2026 passed in WP(c)2240/2026, prays for allowing her to incorporate the name of the respondent No. 4 i.e. “Dr. Nayan Kalita, Principal of Ratnapith College, Dhubri”, in place of “The Principal, Ratnapith College, Bahalpur, Chapar, District – Dhubri, Assam”, in the connected writ petition being WP(c)2240/2026.
3. Prayer is accepted.
4. Accordingly, the name of the respondent No. 4 i.e. “The Principal, Ratnapith College, Bahalpur, Chapar, District – Dhubri, Assam” be replaced by “Dr. Nayan Kalita, Principal of Ratnapith College, Dhubri”, in WP(c)2240/2026.
5. The interlocutory application stands disposed of in terms above.
