Mr. M. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous as the relief sought for has duly been redressed. Ms. M.D. Borah, learned Standing Counsel, Transport Department for the respondent No. 1 and 2 and Mr. N. Das, learned State counsel for the respondent No.3 are present. In view of the above, the writ petition stands closed as infructuous.
