This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant-in-person seeking condonation of delay of 17 days in filing the Misc Case, seeking restoration of the case, which was dismissed for non prosecution. We have heard Ms. Seema Bhuyan, applicant in person and Mr. S S Roy, learned Central Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicant for condoning the delay of 17 days in preferring the connected misc case. We, therefore, condone the delay. The Interlocutory Application stands disposed off. The Registry to process the misc case and, if found defect free, list the same on 04.08.2026 under the appropriate heading.
