Miscellaneous Application No 200/2024 has been filed for taking Legal Heir of the Applicant, Smt Dharma Devi, who expired on 18.12.2023 and to substitute Shri Subhash Kumar, who survives as the nominee of the Original Applicant. Taking note of the contents of the Application and subject to verification of records, this MA is allowed and Shri Subhash Kumar, Son of the Original Applicant is taken on record. Registry is directed to amend the Cause Title.
2. The Respondents are at liberty to verify the facts and raise their objections as to whether Shri Subhash Kumar is the only Legal Heir and whether any other issue survives within eight weeks.
3. MA No 201/2024 filed for condonation of delay in filing the MA for taking LR on record also stands disposed off.
4. List the OA after eight weeks.
