1. During the course of hearing, while Proxy Counsel for the applicant sought adjournment, this Miscellaneous Application No 490/2024 has come for taking Legal Heir of the Original Applicant, Ex LD Naresh Kumar, who expired on 11/6/2024, copy of Death Certificate, Annexure A/1, during the pendency of the OA and to substitute his widow, Smt Poonam Devi, as the nominee of the deceased original applicant. Taking note of the Application and subject to verification, if any, by the Respondents, the MA is allowed. The Respondents are at liberty to raise their objection in the LR application. Registry is directed to take on record the amended Cause Title.
2. List the matter after three months.
3. MA Nos 490/2024 and MA No 491/2024 filed for condonation of delay in filing the LR application also stand disposed off.
