ORDER
Date : 29.04.2026 None appears for the petitioner. By an order dated 29.07.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioners were permitted to file appropriate application for impleadment of the Department of Tribal Affairs as party respondent in the present proceeding along with the Department of Social Welfare and Empowerment, Govt. of Assam. However, the amended Cause Title has not yet been filed by the petitioner till date for about two years. The petitioner did not appear in the last occasion also on 18.12.2025. From the conduct of the counsel for the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to pursue with the matter any further. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
