1. During the course of hearing, while none appeared on behalf of the Applicant, Counsel for the Respondents submits that the Order dated 18/5/2023 passed by this Tribunal has been complied with in toto and nothing remains on their part.
2. In view of the affirmative statement made by the Counsel for the Respondents at the Bar, this application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record. However, in case the applicant has any grievance on the compliance done by the Respondents with regard to his prayer, he shall be at liberty to file de novo.
