1. During the course of hearing, Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that compliance in pursuance of Order passed by this Tribunal has already been done and payment has also been paid to the applicant and, therefore, nothing remains on the part of the Respondents. He has also placed on record a copy of the e- PPO dated14/7/2025 issued in this regard. Proxy Counsel for the applicant has also acceded to the statement made by the Senior Panel Counsel.
2. In view of the compliance having been done in this matter, this application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record.
