1. During the course of hearing, Counsel for the Respondents submits that necessary Govt sanction has been accorded in this matter and prays for short time in complying with the Order passed by this Tribunal in true letter and spirit.
2. In view of the affirmative statement made by the Counsel for the Respondents at the Bar and making compliance in this matter is only a matter of some time, this Application has become infructuous and the MA (E) is accordingly disposed off as infructuous. Counsel for the Applicant has not raised any objection in this regard.
