1. During the course of hearing, while none appeared on behalf of the applicant, counsel for the Respondents submits that PPO in compliance of the Order passed by this Tribunal has been issued and nothing remains on the part of the Respondents.
2. In view of the affirmative statement made at the Bar by the Counsel for the Respondents with regard to the compliance having been done in this matter, this Application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record. However, in case the applicant has any grievance with regard to the compliance done in this matter, he will be at liberty to approach this Tribunal de novo.
