1. During the course of hearing, while none appeared on behalf of the Applicant, Counsel for the Respondents submits that the relief in toto has already been granted to the applicant in compliance of Order dated 22/3/2022 passed by this Tribunal and nothing outstanding to be paid to the applicant.
2. In view of the affirmative statement made at the Bar by the Counsel for the Respondents, this application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record. Notwithstanding this, in case the applicant has any grievance with regard to the relief having been received by him, he shall be at liberty to approach this Tribunal de novo.
