1. During the course of hearing, counsel for the applicant submits that relief prayed for in the OA has already been granted to the applicant during the pendency of the OA and nothing remains on the part of the Respondents.
2. In view of the foregoing and since it is not in dispute that relief prayed for has already been extended to the applicant, this OA has become infructuous and the OA is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous.
