ORDER
Date : 24.03.2026 Heard Mr. G. Phukan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Gogoi, learned Special P.P. appealing for the State of Assam.
2. This application was filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with the Offence Report No. ER 03/2025 dated 29.11.2025.
3. By the order dated 05.03.2026, this Court had granted pre-arrest bail to the petitioner with regard to the said case. Today Mr. D Gogoi, appearing for the learned Special P.P Wildlife has submitted that the petitioners are not wanted as of now in ER Case No. 03/2025.
4. Accordingly, this bail petition does not require any further consideration by this Court.
5. Accordingly, the bail petitions are closed without further adjudication. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
