ORDER
Date : 23-03-2026 Heard Mr. H.R.A Choudhury, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. R. Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. S.H. Bora, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. It has been submitted at the bar that pursuant to the protection granted Page No.# 2/2 on 28.11.2025 by this court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Authority and participated in the enquiry in the investigation. There is no updated prayer requiring the custodial interrogation of the petitioner. In such circumstances, the interim protection granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court, if and as and when summons are received. Accordingly, anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
