ORDER
18.03.2026 Heard Mr. N. Zaman, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned APP for the State. The learned APP has submitted that the report called for by this Court has Page No.# 2/2 been received. Upon perusal of the said report, this Court is satisfied that the seizure of the vehicle by the I.O. in the present case was based on the facts and circumstances prevailing at the relevant point of time. Accordingly, since the vehicle has already been released, the present petition is closed, accepting the report submitted on behalf of the I.O. The report is kept on record and marked as ‘X’.
