ORDER
Date : 11.03.2026 Mr. P Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has carried out the directions given in the order dated 03.02.2025 by appearing before the investigating officer and his statement has been recorded. The learned Addl. P.P has submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted vide CS No. 165/2026 dated 03.03.2026.
