09-03-2026 Heard Ms. Rubi Gogoi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K. K. Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam.
2. This is an application filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Ahmed Ali in connection with Namtola P.S. Case No. 02/2026 registered under Sections 111(2)(b)/111(6)/316(2)/318(3) of BNS, 2023..

3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Namtola P.S. Case No. 02/2026 vide Charge-Sheet No. 02/2026 dated 27.02.2026.
4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court for his regular bail in said Namtola P.S. Case No. 02/2026.
5. Accordingly, this bail application stands disposed of.
