ORDER
Date : 06.03.2026 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the case diary has been received and it reflects the statement of the petitioner to have been recorded. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that further custodial interrogation will not be required and therefore, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of pre-arrest bail is accepted. Accordingly, it is directed in the event of arrest of the petitioner namely Dipen Orang @ Dipen Page No.# 2/2 Owrang in connection with Behali P.S. Case No.02/2026 under Sections 303(2)/317(2)/317(4)/317(5)/318(4) of BNS r/w Section 179(1)/198 of MV Act, the petitioner named above shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Authority. Anticipatory Bail application stands disposed of.
