ORDER
Date : 26.02.2026 Heard Ms. Padmini Barua, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K.K. Das, learned Page No.# 2/2 Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State.
1. It has been submitted by the learned Addl. P.P that a charge sheet has been submitted, while it has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a closure report has been filed. In any view of the matter since, it is not in dispute that a Final Form has been submitted in the matter, this Court deems it fit to make the interim protection granted to the petitioner, absolute.
2. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the appropriate the Court, in case, summons are received in connection with proceedings related to Juria P.S Case No. 297/2025 registered under Section 121 (2) / 132/ 296/ 3 (5) of the BNSS, 2023.
