ORDER
Date : 25.02.2026
1. The learned counsel for the parties have submitted in consonance that the differences between the parties is sorted out and to that effect a joint affidavit has also been filed before this Court on 5th of December, 2025.
2. In view of the settlement arrived by this parties and since there is now little or no chance of the trial being adjudicated in any manner, this Court deems it fit to close the proceedings in CR No. 553 of 2024, under Section 498 A/326/34 IPC, pending before learned Judicial Magistrate First-2, Karimgang.
3. The parties should be at liberty to take up such appropriate procedure of law as they wish as expressed in the joint affidavit filed before this Court.
