ORDER
02.03.2026 It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the relevant case was not reflected in the order dated 25.02.2026 passed in BA No. 396/2026, when bail was granted to the petitioner. Having gone through the records, this Court is of the opinion that the order dated 25.02.2026 passed in BA No. 396/2026 shall be deemed to apply only in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 3/2026 under Section 316(3) of the BNSS, 2023, and the petitioner shall be released in connection with the aforesaid P.S. Case No., in accordance with law. The order dated 25.02.2026 shall not be construed or required to operate in connection with any other case. The application is accordingly disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
