ORDER
Date : 23.02.2026 It has been submitted that the charge-sheet in matter has been submitted vide CS No. 3/26 dated 17.01.2026. In view of the above, since the charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioner was on interim bail during the period of investigation, this anticipatory bail application does not require any further adjudication. The petitioner shall continue to enjoy privilege of anticipatory bail until he is required to appear before the Trial Court. Upon such appearance, he shall apply for regular bail in according to law.
