ORDER
Date : 23-02-2026 Heard Mr. N J Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. This is an application filed under section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner in connection with Hojai P.S Case No. 333/2025 registered under section 318(4)/303(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023.
Page No.# 2/2 The CD in the present case has been sought for in connection with B.A No. 273/2026, the same being available and has been perused by this Court. Upon perusal of the CD, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner namely, Aminul Hoque, s/o Ahmed Ali, resident of village-Bhaukamari, P.O-Kayakuchi Bazar, P.S & district-Barpeta, Assam. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected. The anticipatory bail application stands dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
