ORDER
Date : 18.02.2026 Heard Mr. N.J. Das, the learned counsel for the petitioner also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the CD called for has been received. Perused. The petitioner in terms of the interim protection granted by this Court has appeared before the investigation authority and is co-operating with the investigation.
Page No.# 2/2 This Court is of the opinion that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required in the investigation of the case at this stage, therefore the interim protection granted to the petitioner on the earlier order is hereby made absolute.
