Date : 18.02.2026 The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted in this matter vide CS. No. 10/26/28.01.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that they may be allowed to withdraw this petition and approach the appropriate Court, praying for regular bail.
