ORDER
Date : 18.02.2026
It is submitted that the case has culminated in the filing of a charge sheet vide CS No.128/25 dated 27.08.2025. In such circumstances the interim protection granted earlier stands made absolute. The petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court to participate in the trial, failing which the protection granted to the petitioner shall stand revoked.
