Heard Mr. S. C. Biswas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State Respondent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, in this case, Police has filed Chargesheet being C.S. No. 181/2025 dated 29.12.2025. Since charge-sheet has been filed, the present bail application is closed allowing the petitioner to approach the ld. Trial Court seeking regular bail. With the above, the bail application is disposed of.
