Heard Mr. N. Islam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam as well as Mr. S.K. Chakma, learned counsel representing the informant. By this application, filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, by the petitioner, namely, Abinash Barman, who is in custody in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 355/2025, has prayed for release on bail. TCR has been received and perused the same. After going through the materials available on record, this court not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected. The bail application is disposed of.
