ORDER
16.02.2026 Mr M Khan, learned counsel is present on behalf of the petitioners.
2. Mr D P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Page No.# 2/2 Assam, has submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted in the matter vide CS No. 24.09.2025, dated 14.11.2025.
3. The petitioner is under interim protection through the order dated 07.11.2025.
4. The interim order passed earlier on 07.11.2025, is hereby made absolute.
5. Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of.
