1. During the course of hearing, Counsel for the Applicant submits that relief as prayed for in the OA has already been extended to the Applicant and nothing remains on the part of the Respondents, thereby rendering the OA infructuous.
2. In view of the affirmative statement made at the Bar by the Counsel for the Applicant, this OA has become infructuous and accordingly dismissed it as having been rendered infructuous.
