ORAL JUDGEMENT
The petitioner has sought a direction on the respondent No.1 Gujarat University to issue eligibility certificate to the petitioner so as to enable him to prosecute his studies for the MBBS Course. By an order passed in this petition on 5.8.1993, the Court had directed the respondents Nos. 1 and 2 to admit the petitioner to the MBBS Course. It is stated by the learned Counsel for the respondents that the petitioner was duly admitted and he has completed the course and therefore this petition does not survive. In view of the fact that the petitioner had completed his course pursuant to being admitted to the course on the basis of the direction of this Court, the present petition does not survive. The petition is therefore rejected as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs. Interim relief stands vacated.
